The Alpine Slide is sold in one-hour blocks and you may ride as many times as you are able within that hour. Guests will check-in at the Mountain Adventure Zone to pick up a release wristband and Crystal Card for RFID chairlift access. Check-in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Guests who book online will pick up their Crystal Card from one of our Pick Up Boxes (PUBs), located outside the Mountain Adventure Zone. You will scan the QR code from your confirmation e-mail to pick up your Crystal Card, which will be pre-loaded with your Alpine Slide time. You'll swipe your Crystal Card at the Loki chairlift access gate. Each guest will need their own Crystal Card to pass through the access gate and are not transferable between riders. Misuse could result in losing your ride. Late arrivals will not receive their full 1 hour block and refunds will not be issued for missed time.

Requirements: Ages 3 and up. Guests must be at least 52" tall and 80 lbs to ride solo. A maximum weight for the Alpine Slide is 300 lbs. Only 1 rider under 52" tall may ride with an adult at a time. A waiver is required for all participants. A parent or guardian will need to sign the waiver for anyone under 18 years old.
